62nd Annual Independence Day Neighborhood Parade
For 62 Years the annual parade has been a tradition that allows neighborhood families to celebrate our nation’s independence!
Tuesday July 4th, 2023
Parade begins at 8am at Christ Lutheran Church 2555 S. Engler Avenue
Decorate your bikes, wagons, or cars in red, white, and blue and don’t forget to wear your favorite patriotic attire!
Everyone is encouraged to bring a light snack or favorite 4th of July dish to share after the parade in the gym.
Christ Lutheran Church will open their gym and will have big slides for kids to enjoy INSIDE! Kids are encouraged to bring any homemade instruments.
Furry friends are invited too!
NEED SPECTATORS
A parade is not a parade without spectators. Invite your friends and family to join us! The kids love having an audience and let’s face it, some of us adults do too! 🙂
Parade Route
Parade route will go through 26th Way, San Marcos Drive, 25th Place and E. 25th St. and will end at the church’s parking lot.
